I haven't ridden in a G with the HKS, but I hope it isn't as loud or drone as much as the greddy exhausts. Neither quality appeals to me.

Being that I had personal experience with that exhaust, its not the exhaust thats causing it to sound ricey, it's your headers and test pipes. At least thats my opinion.

^ Stillen and Crawford HFCs. It's quiet inside when driving and sounds nice (to me) outside. It's not likely to get the cops' attention either.

i think im just gona get rid if my resonated test pipes !! i didnt have any problems when i had my cats on so i will prolly get hi flo cats !

when I had just the hks exhaust, it sounded great. Added hi flow cats, and it sounded like @ss and way too loud. I don't think it's the exhaust.

do u still have this exhaust on your car ? what did u do different ?

i think im going to take my test pipes off this weekend ! from what i been hearing that seems to be the answer to my problem !!

eric i keep saying, test pipes = rasp and if you go with hfc's it will be a lot more to your liking. thats your cheapest route.

thanks wo ! thanks for your help ! i think im going sell my hks and get a evo 2 exhaust , i like the way it sounds and i can get it for a good price so is anyone looking for a used hks exhaust >? but for now im just going to put my stock cats in until i get a new exhaust !
