so basically since we mod or as the warranty says "ALTER" with the vehicle, they can wash their hands off the vehicle, if they choose to do that. if eric indeed has some problem with his axle, looks like it is covered by the powertrain warranty, with the exception of all the nit-picky items in the "NOT COVERED" section. thanks for posting that.

I had that same problem a few weeks ago. I took mine to Lokey and it is not covered unless you are still in the 6/60k warranty. it cost like $280 and it was the hubs in the back were dried out. they have to take the wheels off and then pull the hubs off to grease them. took about 2 hours for them to do it and I haven't had the clicking since.

• This warranty covers any repairs needed to correct defects
in material or workmanship.
also the statement above, if you indeed have the problem listed under the TSB, it should be warranty covered. a TSB is nissan motor company basically admitting there is a defect within their vehicle not cause by any other source, a pre-exisitng condition, a defect in their manufacturing process. so a TSB is published to mainly cover their *** if something happens to the vehicle and someone decides to sue.

all I can say is good luck Eric.
