key west is pretty laid back. no beaches to speak of, kind of just touristy things to do. the butterfly conservatory is good if you are there with a chic. the southern most point of the u.s. is a good place for pics. lots of places to eat and drink along duval. i had a better time in south beach when my girlfriend and i did the key west to miami/south beach trip two years ago.

The best thing about Key West is that you can be lazy and do nothing all day. It's also cool to go to Mallory Square and watch the sunset.

Dont rent jet skis they suck! We got kicked off of them because someone kept going out of the "area" they permitted for us. Which sucks cause you can only go in like a circle.

I was just there last month. I think the best thing we did was stayed in our hotel and went swimming in the pool at 11pm lol

My husband went SNUBA he said it was awesome.

our hotel casa del marina

There are tons of great dive bars. There is also a daily catamaran that goes out and you can do snorkeling and the jet skis that guy has are retarded fast, they do about 60. There is one beach therte now that is not too bad but nothing special. Go to the southern most point in the US and take a pic like everyone does. Best breakfast joint on the planet IMO is (I think) called My Blue Heaven or something like that. Its also lobster season right now so good luck.

Buy a t-shirt from every t-shirt shop. That will kill a day. Or, you can kill a day this way: http://www.yankeefreedom.com This ferry (not fairy) takes you to the Dry Tortugas and Fort Jefferson. It's a nice, relaxing trip.

+1 on the Fort Jefferson trip. Takes up most of the day but worth it if you like history. Then get back in time for Mallory Square and then do the Duval crawl. Don't forget the obligatory picture at the southern most point.

The rooftop at Rick's gets a little wild with people getting naked but then again some people should not be out in public naked. Go to Sloppy Joe's so you can say you've been.
