I actually got an email from them today telling me i have until the 15th to pay without the late fee (they had my plates from when i attended there)

Go to the parking office and try talking to the people, tell them u were there for the UCF car club and we all walked away to get food. We usually meet on the top of garage D but it was packed because of the motley crew concert, and so was C. thats why we were in B.

it got me out of my ticket with just a warning, so its worth a try.
