Depends on what kind of drop your looking for. I like stechs, but i read somewhere that 350z htechs will drop it a little more than the g htechs would, but not as much as the stechs would.

kinda like this (in terms of drop height):
g htechs, 350z htechs, then g stechs.

They are very popular and i dont think anyone has problems with them. I switched to a g37 a while ago, so i may be wrong.

dont get the g35 springs - too soft especially if you have the sport suspension. 350z h-techs give you about 1" drop all around. its what i ran on my g. s-techs will be more of a 1.5" drop. i personally liked the s-techs better but have huge speedbumps at my condo so they were not an option. either way you go, i highly recommend getting front and rear camber kits as well to help your tires last longer.

Definitely don't get the G H-Techs. The rear springs are softer rates than the stock springs.

Which Springs & How low do I go....?

There's no way I could run the Tein S-Techs with my front end. Even with
my H-Techs it drags in and out of every driveway and all speed bumps must
be taken slow and at an angle....slow isn't in my nature. There's lot of
choices, make sure you make the right one!

correct thats because the kz bumper is 1 of the lowest out there. you have to take into consideration if you are going to get a kit or lip and how much lower that is as well. however, if you dont have a lot of bumps/construction around you then the 350z s-techs are a great choice for looks and performance.

I used 350Z S-Techs with my Kuruma Z bumper and Greddy side skirts for about 2 years. Sure I scraped some, but you do have to learn how to angle a lot.
