OI gave me one as a loaner, and damn was it nice to drop the top and blast that stereo on the way to the beach!

That's what I like to do: call people out. Maybe not as bad as Chad does, however...

I used to do it to Lenox all the time, but don't want to give him too much of a hard time.

 

I still call out Lenox on a daily basis

I hate to jump on the "calling out the n00b" bandwagon, butttttt......

OI disconnects the convertible top on the service loaner so that the customer cannot put the top down. It is a big hazard because if the top is not put down properly (aka if someone leaves stuff in the trunk accidentally), it will severely damage the top.

However, since I am a former OI employee, they re-connected the top so that I can put it down since I know how to operate it (since I sold them for a year and a half)

Yeah they had it disconnected but Nathan(now a former employee) told me how to reconnect, so I took apart the console and hooked that ish up. I really hope you were not calling me a n00b...

Are you kidding? LOL Anyone could say that their service advisor hooked it up, but who knows for sure? I definitely didn't get owned.

Believe what you will, but I have better things to do than lie on a forum. Give me 10 minutes and I could connect or disconnect the top, they only disconnect it right at the button on the center console.
