I spotted the cleanest G at Full Sail at 2am. Tried to snap a photo with the iphone but it parked under bad light so could not take great photo. IT was BLACK!

I have been visiting in Sarasota and have seen a few g's in the area. I keep seeing a black G w/ clear corners on RT70. Heading back to Maine tomorrow and will prob spot a few more...

This is my ride in winter mode aka snow tires and beater wheels not dropped all the way (now the wheels are black and the plate is a Handicap Maine plate that says drift) summer wheels are GL 57pros RMC and Titan.

dont rush yourself. bolt-ons for this car are more for sound than performance. might be more fun to just save up the $ to do a bunch of cheaper mods than 1 big thing.

Spotted a black coupe with smoked tails today over near Best Hoagies off Hibiscus in Melbourne. Strangely enough, I never see many G coupes around here but I saw two more today as well.

I didn't want to tint the tails as it is one thing up here that will get you stopped all the time...

I actually hit a deer on the way home so... its gonna be a little different after. No more yellow lights (changing to 06 projectors with black tint) they were actually dyed yellow.

its better to open the lights and paint the housings than tint. tint reduces the light output. but the 06 projectors are a huge improvement either way.

I understand that... But I have 55watt 6k low beam hids and I have 3k 35watt bi xenon fog/high beams... So my low beams are brighter with the tinting then most peoples. So light output is not an issue.

Yes my brakes are pink. My friend deciced to paint them along with my wheels pink a few months ago when he was doing some work for me... It is different.

actually, 6000k headlight bulbs have less light output than the stock. the highest light output is 4300k which is what stock is. the higher you go, the lower the output. personally i use 6000k anyway cause its a nice compromise of color and output. they just appear to be brighter when you look at the light itself.

pink is interesting i guess?

If I had oem ballasts that would be true... Do you really think that I dont know this kind of stuff? Just because I have 50+/- posts on this site doesn't mean I don't know a thing or two... I have built alot of cars and done lots custom fab work (my 500+whp STI, 347whp Turbo E30, RB swapped 240's, SR20det swapped Cressida, etc)

I understand the color temp thing... I really do.

Like I said (had your read rather then jumped on it) my lights are 55watt Ballast/bulbs 6000k low beams and my fogs/hi beams are 35watt 3000k bulbs.

So my low beams are a blueish white and my fogs/ hi are yellow and better in snow/rain/fog.

If you put my headlights next to a g35 with stock bulbs/ballasts my lights blow them out of the water. D

You don't have to like the pink... I could care less what people think of it... I like it for now (it is just pant and keeps them from getting all ****ty). Looking to swap them for willwood big brakes soon... I wasn't going to mod the car anymore but I am prob going to keep it after it is fixed from the deer I just hit so time to rack up some parts.

I was just seeing if anyone was around the area when I was on vacation.

thanks i can read but nowhere did you mention that you upgraded the ballasts. and since you said you had 6k and 3k bulbs, i wasnt really sure just how much you knew. no need to get all excited about it.
