Tampa/St.Pete QS&L Mini-Meet - March 15 - Pictures
Thanks to everyone for coming out to our Mini Meet at Quaker Steak & Lube today! The Florida G Club was joined by our friends in the 350Z Club of Florida and we had a great turnout - 27 cars in attendance! More than the number of cars that showed up, we had a great time. Lots of people had new mods, so there are a lot of pictures to post.
It was a beautiful day, as you can see.

Mike (Limey) had his beautiful Z in attendance. This time we got a peek under the hood...

Looks like Kennedy is amazing everyone with one of his stories... I don't know if this is the story about puking down his own shirt, or another one... but everyone was spell-bound.

I'm not totally sure what's going on over here either... Looks like Eric, Harley, Lenny, and Randy are seriously discussing something.

More nice G's...

Steve's G was looking good, as always.

Here Eric and Steve are looking at some of the finer points in Eric's engine bay.

I have to say that Eric has really made some nice mods on his car in the last few months. He recently had his carbon fiber hood painted and I think it really looks hot. You can still see the CF, but it looks tasteful, too. Good job, Eric!

Nikki was just loving her new supercharger! Hood hinge issues stopped us from getting a peak at the new setup, but you can see that she is very happy with it.

Danny got a new set of '08 headlights. It looks like they put a bit larger projector into the housing. Pretty cool, Danny.

And even more nice G's...

Quaker Steak & Lube reserved several large tables in their Corvette room (see silver Corvette stapled to the wall). The food is always good at QS&L, so the party continued! Here, Bill (Ferk) and his wife and daughter share a table at the front of the group.

The next tables was packed, too. Here Ian (Demonteverde) and his brother Mark (mdemonte), pose for the cameras. Thanks for leading the Orlando Crew over to QS&L, Ian!

Harley and his wife share a table with some of the Orlando Crew.

And most of the 350Z crew squeezed into the end table. I kept teasing Limey and trying to catch him eating a hot dog or whatever the heck he was eating, but here's a tasteful photo... even got a thumbs up! Beka even drove down from Tennessee to the QS&L Meet... How cool is that... She definitely gets the long distance award.

Eric could hold off on one last swig of beer before the photo... Not quite quick enough, Eric.

So, I lend my camera to Mark for a while and who does he take a picture of? He made me promise to include it, so here it is.

Looks like Mark got Bill and Lenny by surprise, too. I think Mark's looking to join the Paparazzi ranks.

So, that's it... We had a super turn out... The only car I didn't get any pictures of was oomikeyboy's black G37 coupe. Mike - you left awfully early. I hope everything was OK.
Thanks to everyone for coming. We'll have to do this again, soon...

The meet looked like a good one. Sorry I wasn't able to go this time around but next time for sure. How many from the Orlando crew came out there?
BTW, whose black EX is that? Looks nice with the front lip!

Great pictures, John! I like how you caught me with my mouth full, lol
As always, it was great to see everyone!
From Orlando it was Ian, Bryce, Mike and myself driving, and Dan rode with me. Definitely included some spirited driving on the way down...I think we averaged 100-110?
I'm just kidding. We don't speed.
