Should I buy a pair of front tires? They're wearin down, but still pass the penny test. I'll need them soon.

Or should I go for my first mod? I'm annoyed with being stock as hell.

Get a cheap exterior mod, like springs. That'll satisfy your exterior mod dilemma, and still leave the bank for tires later.
