Anyone had dealings yet with Mat, the new service manager at Lokey?
Service still as good as before with John?

Matt has been Lokey's Parts Manager for many years. He is a good guy.

The mechanics are all still there, so there is no change at all in service.

Anyone know if the website is still being monitored? I sent a request for a quote on parts a couple weeks ago but never got a reply.

I ordered something a while ago and it took a week to hear back.

If you need something in a hurry, I would call the parts department and talk to them directly. They should still be able to ship it to you when it comes in.

Matt actually took over part of John Oliva's old job and kept part of his old job, so he is pretty busy.

.

Looks like i need to go in for the axle clicking noise.

Funny how i always heard about the axle clicking but never really knew what it was, but recently i started hear clicking noise coming from the rear when i shifted to reverse or drive.

I'm actually curious about this too. Seeing if it's worth going all the way out there, vs Orlando. At least Orlando Infiniti has the new facility in a better location (Millenia).

While your getting your repairs done, you could always take a gander at the Astons they have now.
