cut away the paint into a separate layer with the polygon select tool
hue and saturate till you get the color you want

eff with settings until you get final color
blending shadows
or noise if you want metalic
whatever
then put it back together

I am about to post 2 more pictures and to show HOW good i am at Photoshop. I turned the rims to chrome and gave it a more aggressive look and make the rims look like they have 2 inch spacers

red on chrome (turned ur black rims into chrome and made the brembos pop out a bit more.





Cool hot yellow on chrome (turned ur black rims into chrome and made the brembos pop out a bit more.



And i went a step Further and pimped out the interior!!
