It's been 1 year for me and my premier membership is UP! wow seems like it was only yesterday. not sure if im going to renew it. I am still a Club memeber that is all that matters. And i might be moving.

 

Placed my order for my new toy and tomorrow I have to order its accessories!!! Can't wait.

Im trying to get a part from a vendor/sponsor.
They have a thread stating a certain price. The thread was updated on the 22nd stating they still have some left. When they pm me they give me a different price, not much, actually only 2 dollars more. Thing is, Ive actually already bought from this vendor and had a bit of miscommunication with them, with shipment not price. Should I get an explanation for the difference or just pay the difference and shut up?

same thing happened to me with another sponsor, i just paid the 2 bucks more. The shipment was all screwed up, got my "kit" in 4 separate boxes, about 3 weeks apart. I wont deal with them anymore, even if they have the best price (which they do/did)

brake upgrade, rotors and fluid one day, lines a week later and pads almost 2 weeks later

 

Which vendors are you guys talking about? Cause i'm currently pricing out some parts from some of the vendors , too.

If they said it would be $2 more, do this: "Hi, I saw your GB thread for the kit and was wondering if you were still selling it at $______? I also wanted to inquire about shipping. Is the price SHIPPED or do I have to pay for the delivery? If so, how long would it take and how many packages? Do you use UPS?"

Something to that affect.

 

when i bought my hawk pads i went almost 2 weeks without a tracking number or e-mail after i paid... after i made a comment in the thread they said that they were updating their system and the pads were on back order.. the said would cancel my order if i wanted to do so... without a response they sent me a tracking number the next day

 

Who was that, Max? I would rather pay the extra $$$ to get better service.
