ORLANDO (Central Florida News 13) -- On Saturday, 7-Eleven will be celebrating its 82nd birthday.

To mark the occasion, the convenience stores will be giving away free Slurpees all day.

7-Eleven is planning to give away close to five million free slurpees.

The slurpee first made its debut in 1967.
