dont think you need to remove the bumper for bulbs. if you jack up the car, remove the wheel and fender lining - you should be able to get to the back of the lights with some maneuvering. i know kev and i did my 37 headlights that way and im pretty sure we did the fogs on the 35 like that.

There are two topics running together here and I think it's confusing you.

You need to remove the bumper to replace the headlights. Some people remove the bumper to replace the bulbs, too, but most don't. If you are trying to remove the bumper, but are having trouble, take a picture of the bolt you are having trouble with. It sounds to me like you are having trouble with the two bolts on the inside of the fender by the front corner light. If that it the case, the easiest way to get the two bolts out is to peel the front fender liner back a bit and use a 1/4 ratchet with about 18 inches of extensions. I think they are 10mm bolts. That's how I do it.

If you just want to change the bulbs, most people just remove the fender liner and go in through the back of the headlight. If this is your first time doing this, it might be easier for you to take the lights out of the car first. That way you can see where each of the bulbs go and how to get to them from the back of the light.

Post back if you have any other questions...
