Best Dealer for Warranty Work?

I just picked up a preowned 08 G35s. I need to get some minor warranty work done on it. Which dealers would you reccomend? Jacksonville, Orlando, or Tampa?

Thanks

I go to Lokey in Clearwater as do several others in FGC. They seem to be the most "mod-friendly" and give the least hassle on warranty work.

Awesome, thanks! Car is stock, so I don't have to worry about mods. Just want to make sure I won't have to make multiple trips(long) for obvious issues.

Of course I have to add my two cents here and refer you to Sarah (advisor) and Jason (tech) at Orlando Infiniti

Lokey is too far for me to drive, but Sarah and Jason always take care of me. I've never had any problems there.

I'd stay away from Orlando Infiniti. I know three people who have purchased brand new Infinitis and all of them tried Orlando first and didn't like the people or service and have made their purchases from other Infiniti dealerships. I took my wife's M there for new tires, to be serviced and to get them to look at the paint that was starting to bubble on the console, and "Sarah" said they could not replace it because it hasn't happened to other M's. So after a brief discussion about why they could not honor the factory warranty I asked to speak with the manager. As the manager is walking over, they are pulling our car up when I hear my wife yell "What The F**K!" I look over to see what she was yelling at and see that they had scratched one of the rims when putting on the new tires. Right away Sarah tried to say that the factory Infiniti chrome rims were painted and they should not be responsible. The manager, who immediately knew they were not painted or even aftermarket wheels, quieted Sarah down and offered to "repair" the wheel "free of charge." When Orlando Infiniti called the following day as a courtesy/survey call about the service we told them our experience and how we felt. The next day I received a call from Sarah saying they checked with Infiniti and they could replace the console piece that was starting to bubble. She acted like she was doing me a favor by covering what was already under warranty. Needless to say I won't be returning to Orlando Infiniti or be referring anyone there. So I would highly recommend choosing a different Infiniti Dealership for any warranty servicing, or for any servicing at all.

Lokey Infiniti in Clearwater has given years of good service and quality work to members of the Florida G Club. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Well then don't deal with Sarah again if you don't like her?

I used to work at a different dealership with two of the techs that currently work at OI and because I know them personally and they are the only ones that have worked on my car for the last year and a half, they are the only ones I trust to touch my car. Sorry but I'm not going to drive all the way to Tampa just for an oil change. I'm sure Lokey does great work too but it's not worth it for me.

Do your own maintenance...

I used to be a Lokey Infiniti nutswinger, but my views have changed. I haven't dealt with them since my sour experience just over a year ago. They have also gave my brother the runaround multiple times with his previous 2005 G35 coupe and his wife's 2004 FX35...which included a bubbling dash.

Orlando Infiniti treated me well with warranty-related work in the past. Never had problems from my experience, and I dealt with Sarah (the service writer) most of the time. I went to Lokey a couple times for a sway bar install and coolant flush, and the service was good there too.

As far as minor maintenance like oil changes, belts and tranny service, I do that on my own.
