You were driving a silver infiniti with a GO MAGIC frame around your liscence plate. You caused an uneccessary car accident. You were parked waiting to turn onto Hiawassee, the road I was comming down on. I don't know why you decided to wait till the last second to jump out in front of me and almost in the middle of my lane, but I was forced to break rapidly, I then jerked my car to the right in order to avoid colliding with you and ultimately slammed head-on into that tree. You got out of the car to see if I was okay, but with other witnesses quickly approaching you jumped back in your car and ran. My cobra is totaled, and fortunately I only have a broken ankle, but what you did that evening was a cowardly thing to do and you left me in a detrimental situation. If I hadn't done what I did, I would have for sure t-boned you and possibly have killed you. I am happy no lives were taken that night and the only message I have for you is that I do forgive you, but remember karma is a bitch
