Anyone know of a place I can take to get my front rotors turned for cheap? Preferably a place open on the weekend...

Firestone quoted me $70. They also said I could use the same pads I have on there? I'm feeling a lot of pulsation at lower speeds which I think has been caused by grooves and imperfections in the rotor. From what I've heard you'd want to replace the pads when you turn the rotors.

Take the rotors off yourself and you can get them turned for way cheap. Any decent shop should do it.

 

Take the rotors off and take them to PepBoys. They will turn them for about $6 each. You'll need to leave them for a couple of hours. I've taken several sets there and I have had no issues.
