like i mentioned, the only way ill ever purchase from atlantic is through john o'brien. basically he handed me a piece of paper with vpp pricing and i just said ok. no negotiations necessary. i guess its too late for you but ill make sure to mention to him your story.

if anyone is interested in purchasing from atlantic, let me know ahead of time and ill put in a word with john so this kind of thing wont happen. also for service, they've cleaned out 2 of their crappy service advisors so things have improved there too.

 

well there's actually 2 benz and bmw dealerships. they just happen to have the same owner.

Well after going round and round with Atlantic, they admitted they made a big mistake in calculations, and since I had a signed agreement they are going to honor it. I give them credit for owning up and honoring it. Pick up my car monday!

Glad to see they owned up to it... But unless they are throwing extras into the deal, I would have walked and bought from another dealership just for trying that sh*t.

I've heard from several local people that have bought an Infiniti that dont recommend purchasing from Atlantic.

 

glad to hear everything worked out for you man. as much as people say its easier to just go out of town and buy, you to remember that you will be taking it to atlantic for service anyway. but ya their service dept is 10x better now in my book.

 

I was going to go elsewhere, but management steping up and finally saying we effed up, but were going to honor it. I give them credit. I'm sure I'll be on the most hated list, but it wasn't my doing. I'm glad they are backing their word, and if it goes through there is something to be said for that.

Yup. Picked it up yesterday. Got tinted 15% all around today. Got 10' of black vinyl to black out the chrome window trim on Saturday. I'll post some pics after that.
