Looks like V's hard work is paying off. You all need to know that she went through alot to get this put together. There seemed to be alot of unexpected issues that almost didnt let this happen and she handled them like a champ!

It was a great time today, a good turnout, and awesome people! We are hoping to do more events with Slowboy in the near future! Hoping that we can have an even bigger turnout next time with raffles & prizes too.

A BIG THANK YOU to the guys at Slowboy (Matt, Sherman, Jay, and Mike Huml) for hosting us and working hard in the heat all day. And also thank you to Adi for helping with the grill!

I only have 1 really depressing video... I'm sure everyone else will be posting their videos and pictures soon. I already spoke with my paint&body guy so he's gonna take a look at my car tomorrow. Wa wa waaaa.

 

I had a nice time at the dyno meet as well. Good to see the usual suspects as well as some new faces like Adi (the G37xS owner). The grilled hot dogs and Powerade drinks certainly filled us up, and the tour of the machine shop was interesting

I'll post pictures and maybe a vid. But I'm curious to see numbers and set-ups. They say it's only useful to compare to runs on the SAME dyno. So who ran today? What were your numbers?

I'll go first:
2007 G35 coupe 6MT (VQ35DE Revup motor) -- Bone stock except Z-Tube
Run 1 = 231 max whp
Run 2 = 230 max whp

If I'm not mistaken, we had the 240 guy, manny, new guy with 37xs sedan (forgot your name, sorry), rickey, doug, and me...

 

It was great while it lasted. I think I got there a liitle too late. Only got to see one car run. Poor V Though! Hope ur paint guy can fix it quick!

 

Had a great time with great ppl, thanks all for making me feel welcome (and makin me grill lol j/k) at my 1st meet with yall. Im glad I went and the results were:

One of the prices of wood pushed her sideskirt out. Bids and pics from me will be up in the AM. Great turnout today. Glad to see all the friends together. Big up to manny, adi, Dave the s13 guy, me :-p, sen, doug, and whoever else ran today. Great seeing all the numbers we put down today. First dyno on mine today and she put down good numbers for an AT in my opinion.

Run# 1- 220 HP 198 tq
Run# 2- 221 HP 205 tq

 

Yeah all in all it was a great meet, and I can't thank the guys at slowboy enough. Next time I hope we can get the jax and tampa people to make the trip.

My car will be okay....hopefully! You can't tell anything from far away.
