Hi i know that the 04 g35 coupes make a rattle ticking noise when you turn off the car if your foot is not on the clutch.. (as told by the dealership) but my car is making this noise even at idle, specially if i drive it hard. I was wondering if this is normal or are these cars transmission really noisy all the time? this transmission is totally different from my RSX. When you power shift sometimes you get a clunk noise... weird..

This is very common. First thing I noticed when I got my car 2 years ago. My car's so noisey now, I'm just used to it lol
