Hey guys, I really don't enjoy what I do here anymore or the people I work for.
What are your opinions on Resignation vs. Termination?

I am am going to start looking for something else so I have a back up plan...
But I really want to move on.

 

That did not last long. Its 50/50. Termination means you can collect unemployment as opposed to resignation. But on a resume it looks better to have resigned than to have been fired. You can say that the reason you resigned after a short period was it just was not a good fit for you. Future potential employer will definitely want to know the detials about why you were fired after only a few months.

I would go look for a new job now while still working where you are then its easy to explain why you want to leave and not have to worry about not having income for a while if you quit or get fired.

just threw on some trico neoform wipers. i was between the rain-x latitude and bosch icons but advance had $10 off the trico's so i saved like $15 over the other 2. everything i read shows they're all about the same anyway. and ive got a new cabin filter on order - $17. havent changed it in 2 years oops.

find a new job while you still have one then resign. bills dont pay themselves.
