She lives in the middle of nowhere with almost zero signal (even outside) but has DSL... now, she has great signal
It was a little tricky getting it setup, had to forward ports through the router.

the VZW one was easy just plug it in and power it on. And put it some place to get a GPS signal. Luckily we can get GPS signal from inside our house.
I went to the VZW store like a few months ago to buy one and the sales guy feed me such BS that 4g will quadruple the range of 3g voice. Basically they did not have any of them. And luckily VZW released the 3g version right when we were about to buy the older version.

I just had the router assign the network extender a static IP and forward all it's ports.

$15 all you can bowl from 8-midnight last night (includes shoe rental). plus 25 cent hot dogs and 25 cent beer!!! Needless to say I had a tiny headache this morning, was scheduled to work 9-5:30 but I sold a car at 5:30 and was stuck at work until 8. Soooo tired but $15 bowling was so worth it lol

well just got back from philly. 2 hr flight up friday, picked up free ford escort from my gf's grandparents and we drove it home the last 2 days. spent last night in wilmington, nc - had dinner with russ and drove by momentum performance this morning. 1030 miles total at an easy pace with a few stops, not bad but glad to be home. got some random pics on fb too. heading out a little later for her bday drinks.
