1st ticket of the year ! I don't think she's written a ticket in a while. There's no fine amount on the ticket, she didn't explain my options and the statute she wrote says I crossed into oncoming traffic to pass (which is incorrect)

Is it impossible to drive into the oncoming traffic lane on that road? If so, go to the court house and argue that its impossible. Get the ticket thrown out.

She also threatened if I take her to court she will amend the ticket to reckless driving
