So...... Whens the next tech day? I got my new hood hinges finally and i really dont want to tackle that PITA project by myself being from what it looks like i have to take my fenders and bumper off along with the hood of course so it sounds like an all day thing. Plus should i bother painting them? I dont know if rust would be an issue under the hood?

 

What was wrong with the old hinges?

We lost our month-long post lead on norcal's useless thread.

 

His car was in an accident and they never realigned the hinges properly so when he barely opens the hood its rubbing on the fender.
