I went to update the firmware today which the update fixes tons of stuff and the **** bricked itself.... I already tried tftp to unbrick it but its not responding. I was told to add a switch in between and it should work, sigh... Ill try that tmw. If not Ill RMA it and Sell it.
I Looked into this stuff before and it was the buffalo or the D-Link, now the buffalo is out I got the D-Link locally, compusa finally had something instock.. lol
This is the best N router out supposedly. I also got the B1 rev so It has all the updated and fixed bugs the old revisions had,
I don't really care about N.
I picked the Asus based on it's ability to run DD-WRT and reviews of it running DD-WRT.
Any poor reviews you read about it always are on the stock firmware (Although they did improve that a LOT recently)
I flashed it the day I got it, and it rocks.
It's got a crapload of flash-memory, so it's enough to hold the mega release of dd-wrt and then some.
I can't even tax it into acting weird if I try.
The Mega release is great too. It'll run client or server VPN using either OpenVPN, PPTP or both
The QoS and VLAN features come in very handy as well.
It also has 2 USB 2.0 ports that I haven't even really messed with yet, but the firmware supports them.

Does anyone in here have "OR" know how I can obtain "Secret clearance"
I was doing some job searching for 2nd job & noticed a few jobs asked for it in the qualifications section.
And majority of the jobs I met all of the qualifications except having "Active Secret clearance"
