Do you have a tape deck? If so, that's the cheapest and easiest solution.
If not, there's a few out there thats pretty good. I went cheap and got a monster kit from Grubbs Infiniti. With some modifications, I got it to work to my specifications, but I would not recommend it.
My friend installed one, can't remember the brand, but it was a thin rectangular one. Worked pretty well

I've installed one on my old G and installed one on Aced's G35 I think. Look for the PAC-NIS2 and I forgot the other brand. I've had both and both work the same. It plugs in to your satellite radio on the back of the Bose headunit and you will need an RCA cable. New, the units are like $80 and $50 used.
