June 2011 Discussion Thread!
*Small rant* Woke up this morning to find my dinner I pre-made for the week was entirely eaten by one of my roommates that gets wasted religiously! He always does dumb things when he gets drunk such as, forgets to close the front door, forgets food in the oven, makes our dogs get into fights over toys, makes huge messes and won't clean up ect. But this morning I was PISSED! I made salmon, broccoli & asparagus and had planned on eating a little bit everyday as part of my diet/ fitness routine.
As I made my way downstairs for cereal I noticed the container that I put my food into was open and everything was ate! I was furious. I knew if I questioned him about it he would not recall what he did. So I proceeded to empty every single beer can of Blue Ribbon he had, twelve in total and left them next to my gobbled up dinner.

And then punch him in the ribs.
After I work all freaking day today, I'm taking tomorrow off and chillin with an old friend of mine. Gonna switch out my upper control arms to stock so my car doesn't sound so embarassing.
May try to fix the rear axle click, too. Hope it all goes well since I haven't done this one yet...
Maybe hit up some car show and then poker night with the guys.
what kinda clicking sound in the back are you having ^^ i just started getting one the other day .. when i put in 1st gear and drive off i get a low click click click ... but in reverse i don't get anything ... i wonder if my bearing is starting to go ... hmmm imma have it looked at today so i can buy whatever it is and ill fix it myself
I'm almost certain it's the rear axle click. And I think it's coming from both sides.
The click happens when accelerating from stop or slow speed. Basically, more torque = more clicking. It's a simple fix, but Orlando Infiniti quoted me $180 per side. Bogus i think when I think I can fix it myself with a $15 tub of grease from Autozone.
Here's a nice write up over at my350z

The proper grease to use is Molykote (sp?) which I've read is $150 for a tub of it. But I've also read other people using multi-purpose or wheel bearing grease, preferrably with Molybdenum Disulfide. Apparently in the interest of water or wash away resistance.
yeai dont think i have that clicking sound.. only does it when i go straight .. hmm im going to S&R now and have them look at it so i know what to fix on it :-)
