Lulz, I have a dumb copier. Couldn't find even the slightest suggestion of a microprinted dot anywhere in the white areas so it may be hidden somewhere within the bills, or maybe black-&-white copiers don't need the circuitry since their printouts wouldn't be the color of $.

Lenox, you don't have to make the QR code black and white. It can be any two colors as long as there's plenty of contrast between them.
