So busy man, , worked on my buddys car till 3am broke stuff and finished at 2pm today and watching my little girl the rest of the day

Well I will give everyone this great tip of info! Dont turbo charge your car..... just got back from orlando. Car was at the nissan meet at hooters and I was happy as a pig in crap to drive it and take it home. Well I get into the car the clutch is on the ground with like 2 inchs of play. I stall in front of like 20 people, and then I got it going only to boost up hard in 2nd gear and ram 3rd and the car throws a code. So I get on it again and the same thing. We take it back to the shop from 740 till 930ish trying to figure whats wrong. Long story short, No car still and a waste of time driving out there and I am just now getting home because of Orlando traffic.

Ok im done ranting.....

BUT on one note the car hauls major butt, I was able to take it and boost it on a few runs in between fixing and OMG open wastegates is music to my ears.

 

What code is it throwing? Also, what clutch did you go with? Welcome to the world of "I'm boosted, but I enjoyed my car more when it was NA".

The guy who did my exhaust is doing my car RIGHT on Monday...vertical fin intercooler, 3" twin equal length intake piping mounting to the top of the intercooler, and moving the BOV to the hot side of the piping. Then retune at HP Logic. My car will finally run right!

 

Honestly Ryan I couldnt tell you to save my life right now. It was hot as hell out and it was just so frustrating. All I can tell you is I could rape the car and then as soon as I went to being a grandpa the car would buck and shut down. Something about the mass sensors not reading equal because one of the tial bovs gets stuck or something. IDK.

Also I bought the zspeed csc with a OS Giken twin disc the STR version. Very smooth after you get it going in first, after that its like butter to shift.


Funny part is I told them to call John at z1 to see if they could help them with the issues.

Also the 3 inch exhaust looks awesome man.
