Possible Florida Association Names
Taking Neffsters great idea about starting a statewide G club for Florida, what are your thoughts about a name for this group?
Just to start the discussion going, here are some ideas, in no particular order. Feel free to put on the table other suggestions:
GCCF - G Car Club of Florida
GOCF - G Owners Club of Florida
GOAF- G Owners Association of Florida
FGC - Florida G Club
FIG - Florida Infiniti G’s
FGC - Florida G Cruisers
FGA - Florida G Association
FIGA- Florida Infiniti G Association
IGCF- Infiniti G Club of Florida
GAF- G Association of Florida
GASS- G Association of the Sunshine State
SSAG- Sunshine State Association of G’s
SSGO- Sunshine State G Owners
GOSS- G Owners of the Sunshine State

im likin FG-U or FGA ( Florida G Assoc. ) i would leave out the 35 and club sound, well i dont like the whole club thing..

GOOD NEWS! Our first sponsor has stepped up to the plate. We are going to have our own web page with our new club name as the url. The name will be Florida G35 Club (or FGC for all you acronym lovers) and the web page will be 100% FREE. No monthly fees, no hosting fees and the domain name has already been paid for. Our future sponsors will have FREE ADVERTISING on our web page, so when things are worked out with Lokey, we'll fly their banner on the top of the page!
Sorry if everyone doesn't like the name, but an executive decision had to be made. The url had already been paid for and reserved and it was offered to "us" for FREE. The opportunity was just too good to pass by.
The idea of not using the "35" in the name was nixed because Pontiac has the new "G6" and I didn't want people thinking that we were the Florida Pontiac Club.
The idea of using "G Unit" in the name was IMMEDIATELY nixed for several reasons. First, and foremost, G Unit is a musical reference to a group of individuals who use foul language and degrade women in their lyrics. I want absolutely no reference or association to G Unit in our club name. Secondly, there are people of all ages and backgrounds who will be joining our club. This isn't a "Yo MTV Raps" car club. It is a car club made up of people who are in late teens to people who are their 50's and above. Some people are country music fans, Christian music fans, classical music fans, etc...
I guess you could say that I just wanted a club name that was simple and didn't cause any "stereotypes" by just hearing the name.

yo mtv raps neff?? is that how long its been since youve watched mtv? cause that show def ended in the early to mid 90s. i dont even remember watching that show and i think im the youngest out of us all.
