I paid around a week ago, sent the PM to Dabomb and Demonteverde321, (Demonteverde321 is not a registered user) and haven't heard anything. Guess the group no longer exists. Just glad I paid thru paypal.

ya, i pm'd the two people it said too and I have had no response either, but I will give it some time. I did use paypal btw. But as i can tell I am a premier member " as the boards" are concerned, if i don't get a shirt and all the other stuff, then i will be worried.

 

OK guys sorry for the delayed response. The club is still alive and going through some restructuring but we do still have events and you are available for some vendor discounts as a club member even though a lot of people like to get those discounts and not pay their dues but that will be changing soon and member card will be required to receive any benefits that come from being a member.

I sent my PM's to both of them. As of today they are still "unread". If the club is being "restructured" then this fact needs to be posted so that new registers are aware of this. This is already starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth. I was apart of a major car forum a few years ago as an admin and if something like this was to happen, well....it wouldn't. People pay money for dues, and people expect answers. If you can't conduct a professional presence on the forums then how can we expect you to conduct anything else professionally...especially when in comes to money. I can understand being busy but when people pay for something its pretty much customer service and you need to contact those people to let them know their payment has been received and a personal touch needs to be added to make the end user feel safer about the whole thing. That's my .02 cents.

I am still waiting on my membership card and t shirt. I signed up like two weeks ago. What is going on here. If i don't get an answer soon I am going to put in a complaint to pay pal and get my money back. This is ridiculous. Take care of your members....Hell, I might just start my own board and actually take care of the members like they should be.

 

Still no word for me either, gonna file my paypal claim. I think it has to be 60 days before you can file. I think I have a couple more weeks. Either way this is more than enough time to be corrected........

For all those who are thinking about joining I would recomend staying away from FL members. Just my 2 Cents
