Raffle Ticket Rules and Guidelines (Updated)
#32
Anyone who wants a FREE CRAWFORD PLENUM, please check the first post in this thread and look for the Update as of 1-12-2005. BTW, I have a secret about this plenum that I cannot disclose. However, I can promise you that this will be the NEWEST VERSION of the Crawford Plenum that is raffled off.
Now I really expect to see some more raffle tickets purchased.

I will not disclose what this special offer will be, but I can GUARANTEE you that it will be a VERY inticing offer and people who didn't take me up on the initial offer will be asking me if they can get the SAME DEAL! Answer in advance is NO!!!

Hint: It's my goal to help out those who help out the club in its "Establishment Period". As I've said before, the initial fees for starting a club are all due NOW! IRS filing fees, state license fees, tax i.d. fees, t-shirt fees, insurance fees, bank account fees, etc... The people who help establish the club, IMO, deserve something for their help and support. It's also my goal to make this club large enough that next year we won't need to "kindly beg" for support. Hopefully we'll have to get a stick to beat people away!

you forgot website fees...I charge $30/hr!!! & there is a small hosting fee
So as you can see we have bills bills and more bills!!!
But in response...i do like the idea of "specials" for those who dont delay on buying raffle tickets...i foresee a flurry of purchases on March5th and the few days prior BUT those that want to get 7 (reads 8) for $52.50 to help us pay bills should be able to get a little extra in the coming months.

I haven't spoken with John yet, but my current plans are for him to "snag" one of the girls he has working behind the service desk and have them actually draw the raffle tickets. This way the raffle can be 100% free from "tampering".
What is everyone's opinion of ME participating in the raffle? Is it poor form for me to try to win some zaino? I've already told Ian and Wes that they can participate and just wanted everyone's input...
