For $500 you're gonna get flashed with a dyno tune, what Uprev considers Flash except you don't have to mail in your ecu since the tuner will do your flash. Since Uprev charges $300 for a flash your getting dyno & tuner time for about $100 per hour (it usually takes a couple of hours) which is a good deal.
Standard only adds the cable so you can flash the tune yourself, they have you datalog for an etune, you get 3 tunes.
Tuner adds the software so you can tune yourself or modify an unprotected tune
