It is feasible if it was a Friday-Sunday and I would only miss 1 day of work (Friday).... but that would mean driving all day friday and all day sunday... not sure how it would work....
Honestly it's hard enough to get these florida guys to go to zdayz let alone something like this... lol... if enough people express interest we can work out some details though!

I think the friday to sunday will work fiine, I am trying to be as open. As the fire starter I will try to accomodate those both on the early side and hang around for those on the tail end.
Due to Z days being in May, maybe we should shoot for sometime in late August or September.
Im just saying, we all have very good clubs and activity....we can do this!
Work doesnt allow me to have a facebook, yes "get rid of it" lol Plus if yall knew what I know about it, there wouldnt be one picture of your car on their with a license plate, pictures of your kids, or relatives under age 18, ect. But people are going that road. I might make a dummy account then, my personal pc or work pc can easily be compromised....sigh.
anyways..... back on topic.
If we only get certain clubs interested, then we can do another location that fits the needs of those clubs that are interested in doing it?

my parents just moved to jackson TN which is two hours from Nashville and we own a hotel down there so if we can get a liget idea of how many rooms we would need im sure we can use all venues of the property(meeting halls and stuff on the house) wouldnt have to worry about noise or parking. and get the rooms for next to nothing so we can just cover the cost probably.
