A good Manhattan, a good house Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Brandy Old Fashioned, Amaretto Sour, Sazerac, Kentucky Colonel, Mint Julep, Bee's Knees, Pisco Sour, and yea, why not... Dark and Stormy (only with a good spiced rum and a really good ginger beer).
