I'm not sure what day I'll be heading down yet- so I may be able to drive with you. I'll let you know as soon as I know which day I'll be going.

FYI, there are other places to park near by, but Lokey's lot is not very big and last time we had ~15 G's and we were doubled up, parked along curbs, etc... John will try to move cars around for this event, but if 40 or 50 G's show up, we will not have room for non-G's to park at this event, heck I'm really wondering how John plans on handling the parking to be honest. I'm hoping that they clear out the front of the parking lot and maybe even park some of their dealer cars at LOKEY Mercedes next door.

Just so you don't feel bad, we've already turned down several 350Z owners with HEAVILY MODDED CARS, a TL owner (who's a good friend of the clubs) and even a club member Finiti35 was told not to drive her Maxima simply because space will be tight and this is a G35 meet, right? If you do drive I'm sure you could park nearby and walk, but what fun would that be? Best bet is to catch a ride with another fellow G owner!
i would luv to catch a ride in a G but the reason i'm driving is i might hang around the area after the meet. i have no problem parking and walking so i'll just do that. thanks for the information.

FYI, there is a Mercedes dealership next door that you can park in the back of. I spoke w/ John yesterday about parking and if 50G's show up this parking situation going to be an "interesting task".

6 days until the meet so let's try and get something set. I figured with 50 Gs heading that way we'd get a lot more people interested in this. I'm planning to be at Altamonte at whatever time the majority of people want to meet and then stopping at Lakeland to pick up anyone, even if it's just one other member. If you're interested copy, paste, and add your name and the time you'd prefer to meet up.

Altamonte Springs west-bound rest area (mile marker 94) & Lakeland
1. Meatshackle (7:00 or 7:30)

Lakeland west-bound rest area (mile marker 46)

i will try, but i can't make any guarantees...i don't normally get up that early for anything. If i don't make it in time, that's ok, we will just hook up at the lokey dealership.

I totally understand. I was starting to look at meeting up at 7 and realized that meant getting up before 6 and that just isn't right on a Saturday.

So you'll be riding with us for the first 113.98 miles but the last .02 mile you're breaking off?
