Sean,

Have you talked w/ John yet and made an appointment? I'm not sure if they'll be able to do both of our cars on the same day?

Yes, we're meeting at 5:45am and leaving at 6:00am or sooner. We've got to beat the Clearwater rush hour traffic. Also, we'll need to wait a good hour for the headers to cool down enough for them to work on our cars.

Anyone know the best way to gut the RT Cats? I think I'll be doing this at Lokey when my car's on the lift...

Yeah I talked to John last week he said if I could make it over he would have someone available. I meet up with you guys at Lokey around 11:00. Costal Dyno doesn't open until 10:00. They said it will take about 35-40 minutes and their 15 minutes from Lokey. My plan is to start the plenum install as soon as I get there. Hopefully by the time the plenum's on the headers will be cool enough.

Sean, how about this... Meet us for the early trip over. We'll drop off our 3 cars then pile into yours and go to costal with you for the "pre" stock dyno. After the dyno, You can bring the tools to install your plenum and we'll install it at costal or at Lokey. Then we'll head back to Lokey (before lunch) and drop your car off. They should be able to get started on it right away.

Does that sound like a good plan?

Only thing... you'll need a torque wrench to read ~60 in-lbs. I'm not at work this week and can't check one out from my work.

Doug Stewart called me last night and we had a nice chat. Since my car is a 12/03 build date (means 2004.5 ECU) he said that I'll throw a CEL if I gut my cats. I guess I'll just run them until they implode. Too bad I'm selling the Crawford Cats to Ian for such a cheap price. He's one lucky dude.

Todd-Yeah we can do that. Maybe I can get John to change my oil before heading over to Coastal. Does anyone have a torque wrench that reads ~60 in-lbs that I can borrow? If not how much are they?

Is anyone else going to be meeting us for the trip there? So far the list meeting at Waterford Lakes looks like this...

1. Neffster-Work at Lokey
2. Demonteverde321-Work at Lokey
3. FLFire-Work at Lokey

*G35Sean is going straight to the dyno place in TAMPA. He'll meet us at Lokey around 10:30-ish.

I'm bringing my poker chips. Maybe one of the Clearwater guys will join us for a few hands... I need to make enough money to buy Sean lunch.

Sean, are you bringing Eric?

also, Coastal Dyno is farther away than 15 minutes from Lokey. Lokey is near SR60 in Clearwater. Coastal is near SR60 in Brandon. About 45 mins away.

Also, I might be able to join you guys for dinner tomorrow if you are eating in Clearwater. Let me know.
