Yeah, feel free to bring w/e food you want. I don't think anyone has volunteered to bring some meat/chicken yet for the BBQ. I do not know if alcohol is allowed in the park (Raul?) or whether the FGC allows the use of alcohol at FGC chapter meets (Neffster?). We'll get back to you on that one..

 

Unfortunately due to liability issues and our insurance carrier, alcohol is not allowed at any FGC sponsored event.

It's not a FGC members-only meet, it's open to everyone just like the previous meet at Markham, but FGC membership is strongly encouraged. I'm sure that if you saw what a great success the first FGC meet at Lokey Infiniti was and what a great community we have, you'd join up in a heartbeat

i'm down for a caravan, specially since you live down the street

 

yeh will have a carvan down from Boca area, meet at the mall and ride down together.

If no one is driving with you can I ride with you? My TT still has not come in and I got this bad feeling my car won't be ready for this meet. I'd rather be a passenger in your g than drive the piece **** loaner I have.

It is still at south florida performance. Frank gave me a deal I could not refuse.

 

I am proud to break it to you guys now that it's official: I have extended an invitation to the April 16th meet to to the South Florida Z Car Club, so it will be a joint meet between the FGC SFL chapter and the SFZCC. I have spoken to Gus, their club VP, and the idea was received quite well by their members. So we will have a few Zs joining us as well for the BBQ and helping out with the food. I've always been fond of the idea of a G/Z meet and I'm glad that now it has become a reality. The Z club has been around for a while and they seem like a really friendly bunch, so I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun together on Saturday.
