Bylaws and Articles of Inc.
Hey guys, I finally got the newest copy of both late last week but was out of town for the weekend.
Both are in PDF format. The Bylaws still has some typos and is not formatted well due to the coversion to MS Word. Anyways, neither are linked from the website yet but for your viewing pleasure...
