Tearing apart my kitchen, help needed

OK. The appointment has been made. This Saturday afternoon/evening (after the picnic) I'd like to take my kitchen sink, disposal, countertops and cabinets out.

Is anyone going to be available to help out? I'll do the plumbing and electrical work but will need help removing the cabinets, sink, counter tops, etc...

Worst case would be Sunday afternoon, but I have a b-day party to go to for my neice and I really don't want to miss that. Is anyone free on Sat. afternoon and evening?

I am up for any type of manual labor especially one that might include free food or drink I worked at home depot for 2 years in kitchen and bath so my deconstruction skills are pretty good............

Todd where will you be Friday night? I am completely out of Zaino (I know I should be shot on site) and I wanted to detail the front bumper before Alan puts on my clearbra....

He's going to strip down any wax/polish, Aleic. Btw PLEASE take some close pics of it, I keep going back and forth on the clear bra issue. I think I'm gonna back out of it

Ok let's figure out a time. 11:00AM is the picnic. Todd how long is the picnic going to last, 3hrs? If we're at your house by 3:00. We should be able to knock it out in a few hours so anyone wanting to go out Saturday night has plenty of time. Will that work for everyone?

If you plan an earlier dinner then I'm in. Otherwise that's too late for me.

Also, Alan will use alcohol to strip off any and all contaminants on your bumper (and any other part that you're having the clear bra applied to). This will remove the zaino, so don't waste a good 1/2 hour plus product. This is why I told you to wipe down your bumper when you got home from Richard's shop with Z6 spray. Want to remove all contaminants yourself so that Alan doesn't have to do much/any prep.
