Tearing apart my kitchen, help needed

Tearing apart my kitchen, help needed
OK. The appointment has been made. This Saturday afternoon/evening (after the picnic) I'd like to take my kitchen sink, disposal, countertops and cabinets out.
Is anyone going to be available to help out? I'll do the plumbing and electrical work but will need help removing the cabinets, sink, counter tops, etc...
Worst case would be Sunday afternoon, but I have a b-day party to go to for my neice and I really don't want to miss that. Is anyone free on Sat. afternoon and evening?

Also, Alan will use alcohol to strip off any and all contaminants on your bumper (and any other part that you're having the clear bra applied to). This will remove the zaino, so don't waste a good 1/2 hour plus product. This is why I told you to wipe down your bumper when you got home from Richard's shop with Z6 spray. Want to remove all contaminants yourself so that Alan doesn't have to do much/any prep.
