G goin for surgery
So today is the day to install all the new parts (see sig below). If anyone has any advice for me on these things let me know. I am fairly knowledgable as I have put several motors together before so I think I'll be able to handle it all. Wish me luck and I will post with reviews later....
I would love to hear your Greddy and AlaphaWerk's combo together. Good Luck with the header installtion, which seems like a big project to do yourself? Remember to post some PICS during installtion.

Ok so I'm done now... not that bad....
Headers
I have NO idea what exactly everyone complains about putting these things in. It was SIMPLE. You just have to be creative to get to all the bolts. If you ever do it, make sure you get a U-joint for your wratchet! Those things are AMAZING. Other than that, I didn't have to drain coolant, or take off like anything else besides the plastic on the top and the Z Tube. The came right out and went right back in. It is simply time consuming... not hard at all though.
Exhaust
Ok, so this was a pain in the butt. GReddy needs to include instructions! And how exactly do I go about getting the bracket they forgot to send me?? Getting the evap canister out was the worst part... It is stuck behind like 3 different metal and plastic things. Other than that, it was fairly simple. The exhaust is a lot quieter than I thought it would be. Most GReddy systems are deep and beefy... if anything, this seems quieter than stock. Do know how much I like that... hopefully my ECU is "learning" with all the new stuff and it will get a little louder when it figures everything out.
Sway Bars
Other than stripping out two holes where the mounts go in the front (no idea how it happened) the install was fairly smooth. I may have some clearance problems with the exhaust and sways, but I think I can fix it by rotating the bar a little. I just didn't feel like messing with the car much more as I have been on the garage floor a little too much this weekend.
As far as performance goes on all this stuff, I haven't really had a chance to play. There is the pesky little hurricane out, so it's windy and rainy. No good. I'll get back to you about that a little later.
Overall it went fairly well and straight forward! Can't wait to break it all in!

Great job, think about how much money you probably just saved yourself by doing all your own installs. Do you own a lift and an big garage because those task seems impossible to do without one?

no lift, no big garage... all you need is a set of jackstands and some kind of garage you can walk around the car in. I guess I have a lot of experience working on cars, been doin it for the last 5 years or so. All you need is a little imagination for the headers on how to get to the nuts... other than that, having friends that can help is a major plus too.
I'd like to see the look on your face after 5 hours into a Crawford Header install...
Wonder if you'd say the same thing and if your imagination would figure out a way to fit the bolts/nuts back in? LOL
Lokey Infiniti made the same comments about the Nismo Headers that you made about the Alphawerks/Nexus headers as far as ease of install. This would lead me to believe that the Alpha's are smaller dia. and/or they do not have runners that are as long as the Crawfords.
Either way, glad to hear your car's buttoned up and you're good to go.
I definitely would like to take a look under the hood at the next CFL/NFL meet.
