125 trap is an 11 second car to the best of my knowledge, isn't it? That's a crazy trap speed. Remarkable job, I wonder if he's been to the track eversince?

The reason why I asked is because I have a friend with a S/C M3 who really wants to see how his car will do against a built G35tt and we were internet racing them and comparing track/dyno numbers. I'll have to set something up with Gman

125 at our weight is a mid eleven with good traction.

Is it the same thing as trapping a mouse or a rat

Trap speed is your speed at the end of the quarter mile(actually an average over the last 60 feet because they time how long it takes for you to go that 60 feet and calculate the speed from that time).

I ran 10.89@124.94 MPH with a 1.50 60ft in the Mustang..3350 LBS with me in it... just to give you an idea of how much a launch plays into 1/4 time..

My last run in the Cobra with a 4.56 rear gear i had a 1.38 60ft and ran 11.09@109... on the brakes at the 1000ft (braket racing) 1/8 mile was 6.78@100... car was trappin bout 128-129..

With good traction that car could eaisly see the 10's..

Arrive and Drive Karting

Has anyone tried the arrive and drive karting at Moroso? I used to go to Mokart years ago, and had a blast. Was thinking of checking out Moroso. Any feedback on the karting?

Yeah, I had heard the Kart did about 90. The quickest A&D karts i have seen are 60mph. Was wondering if the rumors were true, or if it was jst the standard 60 mph karts.
