Come One Come All To Tampa
Dan, just saw your request about 52 posts above.
I've had other things (vortech, gauges, pod, filters, belts, spark plugs) on my mind.
Anyway, why would I want to make a poll when you were doing such a good job at updating the count all along?
Anyway, I don't think I could have done what you asked.

O.K. I just finished washing the G (after another afternoon rain storm - why do I even bother sometimes), see you guys soon @ hOOters. Where is the rest of the Tampa/St. Petersburg guys, I figure we would have more members signed up?
It has nothing to do with tonight, but last year I attended one of the car shows at Quaker Steak and Lube after all the hurricanes. They said all makes and year models were welcome... they were collecting money for Red Cross. Anyway, I went expecting maybe not to even join the show seeing as how I drive a new Import car. I was warmly recieved, told to pay and join in. I ended up winning one of the Overall Best of Show trophies. I totally did not expect to win but as the trophies kept going up in rank the nice couple parked next to me in a beautiful 65 mustang told me my car was clean enough to win one of the top trophies. Though I did not expect anything, I did spend most of my time at the show detailing my car
Those at Lokey could attest to this characteristic of mine. There was a small mustang club, lightning club, corvette club, a good selection of random old cars, and a couple of imports. Would any of the Tampa area people be willing to go one weekend when they start up again or when it cools a bit? It would be fun to have a G35 showing with all of us supporting our club.

Once again a good time was had by all at the Tampa and St. Petersburg (WFL) contingent of the Florida G35 Club. I took a few pictures and thought you all might like to see them...
Here's one of all our cars at the back of the Walgreens parking lot:

The cars belong to (left to right) Daniel (SFLG35), Mike (Omi), Rob (dothemath), John (__jb), Steve (aznluder), Bill (Ferk), and Chris (C-Keith).
Looks like Steve, Mike, and Bill are doing some heavy bench racing here:

and, finally Chris' gorgeous G:

Hooters turned out to be a great choice (IMO) because the parking lot was a lot less crowded than Quaker Steak, so we had more room to shoot the breeze.
ps: Thanks for the Nav system demo, Steve...

Glad to see that you Tampa/West Coast Florida guys got a successfull mini meet together. Hopefully, the trend will continue...
Were you all surprised how C-Keith's car came out? I thought his Greddy bumper and Advan wheel combo looked fantastic. I think he and Ryan could have entered that UCF car show and easily placed for a trophy (would have given Josh some comptetition
).
