I'm posting this on behalf of George/Gman2004:

Just wanted to let everyone know I dropped the car off this morning at CPrace. I left Miami last night at 9 PM and I arrived in Charlotte at 9 AM today. The drive was quicker than I thought it would be. I could have made it faster, but I stopped several times for coffee, and I even slept 2 hours at one of the rest stops.

The shop is huge and everyone there is really cool. Eric even dropped me off at the airport. I will return next Friday to pick up the beast!

On a different note, sorry we missed you last Friday. Your car is absolutely ridiculous, counting the days till the next meet

yes they are tuning it. They are always installing the Emange Ulitmate, Autosport wiring harness, PLX R-500 A/F, EGT, & knock amp guage. Check it out http://www.plxdevices.com/R-500_productinfo.htm

I told them to set the low for 10psi and the high to how ever many psi it takes to hit 520-530whp.

I was going to make the dyno day, but it is my wife's best friend's birthday that day, and if I am not there my wife has threatened to blow up my car and me.

I was supposed to get it back this Friday, but that might not happen. There are a few things that my previous shop did a hack job on that they are going to fix.

I was hoping to meet you on the 27th. I sure wanted to see your car.
I have a sad face now, enjoy the birthday cake.

No, I get the car back tomorrow. They are tuning for two setting the Profec B II......11 psi and what ever psi it takes to get to 530whp. I am thinking it could make 530whp on 13 or 14psi. With the overheating issues some have had at high boost, I don't want to take any chance until it is figured out. Sharif thinks there isn't overheating issues, just that the cooling system is hard to bleed on this motor. You think the cooling system has been bleed, but then you get bubbles. Anyway 500whp is more than enough for a daily driver. I am thinking of buying a C6 sometime next year so I don't have to drive the G everyday (but I am all ready having dirty thoughts of putting an APS TT on the C6.....someone stop me!)

Do it! That's cool about keeping the boost down. It will be nice with that much power and should work for a long time.
