NOTE: This is still in planning and the itenerary still could change, but input could help us make this the best meet yet!!!
ITENERARY:

*8am - arrive at the park (breakfast will be available at The Old Spanish Sugar Mill and Griddle House). The club will not be providing breakfast. After breakfast people can prep for car show, hang out, swim in the springs, etc... while others show up a little late.

*10am - check in

*11am - Judges begin judging the cars. Judges will be wives and g/f's of the members.

*noon: lunch, not finalized

*1:30-2:00pm - car show takes place. Judges announce winners and award prizes.

*2:30pm - raffle (MAYBE)

*3:30 - clean up

*4:00pm - caravan to Race Rock for a 5:30-6pm dinner.

my standard charge is $15/night rent. For you, with taxes and hidden charges its gonna be at least a bazillion magillian dollars.

Can someone give me an estimate how far that park is from Altamonte Springs? I got a buddy up there I might drive up to see on Friday night to be there first thing on Saturday...

 

if you drive to altamonte springs you could ride out with the orlando crew in the morning.

I know u know the answer but for all the other members...

No, this "carshow" event accomplishes many things.
1) Recognizes the nice work our members have done in modding their cars
2) Keeps people from getting bored and standing around with nothing to do
3) Allows and Promotes our mostly male club to bring the wives, girlfriends, & mistresses and offers them something to do while all the "car talk" is happening.

After a pretty uneventful SFL meet due to lack of planning by us (the BOD), The directors have put much more thought into this meet to keep everyone happy with something to do.


Also, we will be making a template for everyone to fill out and print to go on the windshield so we can see the mod list for everyone. Expect an email in the next couple weeks.
