Hurricane Story

Just realized i had no gas and that people started freaking out about the hurricane already. So i went out to fill up.

Gas station #1 = No Gas
Gas station #2 = No Gas
Gas station #3 = No Gas
Gas station #4 = Only Premium.........got lucky

guess how much it cost to fill up???



$55!!!!!!!!!

Wow, lets hope that it takes a turn away from our already battered state!

Gas price around the Tampa Bay area at $3.00 but, expected to jump higher after the storm ends again. Seems like we have a new hurricane every other weekend hitting Florida.

its been 2.99 the last 2months here ($50 or so per fillup). Im on the E now though...will probably not make it to Wendy's and back so I hope I dont run into truplay's problem.

And I guess they are predicting Cat2 or max of Cat3 when it hits land, so we dodged a bullet.

Looks like I will be getting gas tomorrow before work. Lets hope it is still 2$2.96 a gallon (crosses fingers).

i just filled up a lil while ago, it was $3.19. it sux!

Ouch...by the sounds of it, I should go fill up now. But I am too busy posting.
