Historically, Hawaii has been most expensive....but....

Miami - $2.74
Honolulu - $2.72

I thought Hawaii sold gas by the liter, not the gallon. Atleast they did when I was there.

I'd hesitate before giving the rat too much credit - I grew up less than 10 miles from Disney and gas in Lake Buena Vista (area around Disney for the outsiders) was always a lot more expensive!

But yeah, Orlando is much better on prices than South Florida and Gainesville. I miss those prices!

I was in Atlanta last week, gas was $2.32 off of I75, I imagine it's cheaper farther away. So Fla gas used to be cheaper, but after Katrina and Wilma it's right up there with California prices now.
