WOW. Ladies, settle down. I'll reiterate a few things in a more calm fashion:

1. The FGC is a not for profit corporation with a board of directors. If anyone thinks it's easy to start a club with all of the liability insurance, licenses, tax id. numbers, etc... Well my guess is you've never stated a "legal" club before.

2. We have a membership fee and people MUST pay that fee to become a club member. The BOD has the right to refuse fees and expel club members and sponsors per our bylaws (if people prove to not be in good standing as outlined in the club bylaws). People who do not pay the club membership fee ARE NOT CLUB MEMBERS.

3. As a club, we raise money several different ways.
a. Membership dues
b. Sponsor Donations
c. Raffle ticket sales
(and a few other small ways...)
4. Our paying sponsors are near and dear to this club. We DO NOT allow companies to come into our club forum and VIOLATE our signed contractual agreements with our PAYING SPONSORS. This includes companies like IOCC.

G35driver.com has advertising rules that apply to the entire forum. The owner of the site (who happens to be a club sponsor) has 'bent the rules', if you would, and allows the FGC sponsors to advertise ONLY in the FGC Forum without being G35driver.com paying sponsors. Any other person attempting to advertise is in DIRECT VIOLATION of the FGC rules and the G35driver.com internet forum rules as well. The administrators here on driver will BAN the people who consistently break G35driver.com forum rules (consider this a friendly warning). Out of respect for our club structure and out of respect for our PAYING sponsors, the right thing to do would be for anyone affiliated with IOCC to wait until the club contacts you and tells you what we would expect from a sponsor. Until then, refraining from posts that make you sound arrogant, confrontational or anything else that may be taken the wrong way would be advised.

5. If you want to know how the FGC expects their sponsors to behave (speaking of acting like children) check the more recent posts by sponsors such as IapDirect.com, Jon913D, LokeyInfiniti. See how they carry themselves as professionals and how they address our club members.

6. SFLG35 (co-owner of Boosted Concepts) - you're killing me man... Just because you're on the Board of Directors and you're a paying sponsor, you too should show more respect towards others. I completely understand your point and agree 100% with your intensions; however you too need to uphold that high standard the club has come to expect of its sponsors. Atleast run your posts through a MS Word spell checker for goodness sakes.

BTW, that Todd Neff guy, apparently, is just the club baby sitter.

ha ha...

The funny thing is hearing about the warranty and actually having to deal with Stillen when the issue of 'warranty' comes up. Try to get them to own up on sending you a bad Valve Body and you'll see what I mean. They'll shaft you and stick you with the bill. Trust me, IOCC is not the first dealership in Florida to attempt to work with Stillen. Also, there was a guy on my350z.com FI forum who lost his engine with the Stillen S/C. Stillen blamed Infiniti for giving him a bad engine, Infiniti blamed the S/C. End result, the Stillen warranty was not honored.

Most other dealerships have found out soon enough that the paper the Stillen warranty is written on isn't worthy of being used as TP.

VLINE, what hours are you in the IOCC shop? I wanted to see what you guys have in there and have a look at the warranty. It sounds a little too good to be true, but I would like to take a look at it.

I know that, but Dell Financial needs to have input from Stillen. If Stillen starts having a lot of blown motors Dell will raise their premiums or cancel the policies all together. Also, who installed the S/C on the motor that blew?

Try dealing with Stillen when Dell is not in the picture, it's even worse. (that's been my experience and many other people's as well). YMMV

after meeting chris, i think some of us might be getting the wrong impression. he is a cool guy (plus our cars are twins ), who wants what we all want. hopefully we can resolve this like adults.

nice to meet you chris, see you at HIN.
