Ian and I stopped by AleHouse tonight and had a quick chat with "Dan" one of their managers. He said they support large parties and he would note in the manager's book about the meet BUT its still first come first serve. Ian and I and hopefully more of you guys are going to show up around 5:15 to rope off the parking and go to get our tables at Alehouse. So this means the standing around gauking at the cars prolly wont happen until after dinner when its dark but thats the only way we have a chance to get us all on the big tables near each other.
When we head over to the bowling alley they have plenty of distant parking for us to line up so no need to worry about parking over there.

If you ask me. The managment is making a misstake not reserving tables for 25 + people. Thats crazy. If it was me i would ensure there was enough seating for that size of a party. Is it just me or is this bad managment.

We had over a $200 bill between all of us there and I only wanted a $2 discount. 
I'd say it's bad management.
We've been through this before. If you guys want a restaurant who will reserve that many tables you would have to call aroung. Gleasons Grill will (this leg work has been done before) and so will other places if someone calls around.
Otherwise it will turn into an HOUR WAIT then we'll all be dispersed to various tables all over the restaurant. 
Anyone want to place a wager? 
Next time lets have it at Red Lobster because I know all the managers up there and I am sure they will accomodate us with pleasure. I am sure they will be glad to have us and they have a great bar. (I know I am not a member or on the board but this is only a sugesstion and i also know its a late one...)

As for the banners, we can bring ours but it might be more trouble than its worth. We are going to have to be inside Alehouse by 6pm at the LATEST! Meaning people arrive and walk straight inside and I will not leave the banner outside with no one around to watch it.
