I hate to do this, but um I can't go to the meet. That the first bad news. This sucks! Every time a meet comes around the same chit happens.

My car is running like chit! That's the other bad news. I didn't blow it up, but it's running uber fuking pig rich. The car was tuned on Saturday in Houston in 50 degree wheather so it's not taking to the 40 degree increase in temps too well. I've fouled a set of plugs and I have black soot all over my rear bumper.

Now for the good news. Mark from SGP is flying out in a week or so and he is going to install and tune the HKS FON V-PRO with knock amp, stop tech drilled rotors, and defi d water temp gauge. Can you say 600whp club? I am going to be singing bow wow's song to most gear heads that try me.

Yeah somehow it always happens, but I'll let Jorge pick the date for the next SFL meet so that he won't have a way to back out =) All the best with the car, my gosh you're going to need some 305s in the back next!

Never! There's nothing wrong with it other than it needs to be retuned for Miami wheather. The EU can't account for temperture changes. The HKS V-Pro will fix everything and it will run like a champ. What's happening to my car is no more different then when neffter's G started running a little lean during the winter. Colder wheather = equals leaner a/f. Hotter wheather = richer a/f. The V-Pro is constantly tuning the car and will keep it at what ever my tuner tells it to.

I am thinking about getting one as my daily driver once they stop *cough* rape adjustment, I mean market adjustment pricing which is up to $30K at some dealers.

 

Still? Shoot, that car came out 6 months ago. The M5 just came out and is already selling under MSRP at a lot of places.

yup, my friend dad payed almost $20k over msrp for his z06. got to ride in it and it sux. j/k, the car is amazing.

 

sounds good. we can roll side by side with are DB GT-7's. I should have them by Friday next week.

I was so looking forward to this meet. After the HKS is in I would love to meet up with the SFL people at tower. I will keep everone posted.
